Dynamic Off-Ice Hockey Training Starts April 10th. Train with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Rich Molin, who has played for 20 years, including in the Pros, coached all levels of hockey for the past 20 years AND has 10 years of experience in sports performance training. All programming is hockey specific and progressed accordingly through the entire Summer Off-Ice Training Program. Each group only has 6 athletes, so we can provide personalization to each player.
